About SUIKI
SUIKI LIMITED is a UK-based software development company combining AI-driven engineering with Japanese quality principles. Founded in 2021 and based in West Yorkshire, we build software that's fast to ship and built to last.
Our Approach
We use Claude Code, Codex and custom AI workflows to support engineering work. A human reviews requirements, implementation and release evidence. Security, testing, infrastructure and acceptance checks are agreed for each engagement.
We use an in-house development harness to connect requirements, acceptance checks, tests and security review where it fits the project. The tooling, evidence and responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.
Why Japanese Quality?
Development engagements agree acceptance criteria, testing, security checks and handover. Tooling and enforcement vary by project; the evidence and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.
Leadership
SUIKI is led by Tak Kawamura, a consultant and engineer with over 10 years of IT delivery for enterprise clients, including project coordination at Square Enix and UK-Japan bridge work for UK energy-tech, managing budgets above £650,000. Based in West Yorkshire. Native Japanese, fluent English.
Collaborating companies
SUIKI works as a cross-border team. In Japan, Minna Systems (株式会社みんなシステムズ) is a collaborating company for system-development delivery. We also work with Mise en scène, Inc for Japan-side contracts and product work. SUIKI remains your UK point of contact.
