Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
SUIKI LTD ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. We process personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information: your name, your email address, the content of your enquiry, and optional company and referral-source details. This information is collected when you submit our website contact form or when you or an agent acting on your instruction submits an API inquiry or booking request. Optional questions and selection constraints are used to understand your needs; do not send passwords, confidential documents or your full AI conversation.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes: to respond to your enquiries, to provide information about our services, and to improve and enhance our services. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, exchange, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information when required by law, with your prior consent, or with service providers necessary for our operations (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting and private API inquiry storage, Formspree for website contact form delivery, Google Fonts for typeface delivery, and Google Calendar for consultation scheduling).
5. Data Storage and Security
We protect your personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. API inquiry payloads and reply evidence are removed by a daily cleanup once they are 90 days old, including while intake is paused. Website booking payloads and receipts are removed 90 days after both their final resolution and the scheduled session end. Unresolved booking attempts are retained until reconciled to prevent duplicate or conflicting reservations. Google Calendar events, mailbox copies and records for separately agreed work are managed separately according to their purpose; contact info@suiki.co.uk about deletion.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data, right to rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, and right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@suiki.co.uk.
7. Cookies
When you choose a display theme, a theme cookie remembers your choice. We no longer set the hero_v marketing experiment cookie; an older cookie expires according to its original lifetime. The admin area uses separate authentication/session storage.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions or requests regarding this policy, please contact us: SUIKI LIMITED, Email: info@suiki.co.uk, Address: 14 Commercial Street, Batley, West Yorkshire WF17 5HH, United Kingdom.

Inquiry and booking receipts are not public lookup links. We do not automatically publish inquiry text. A person reviews facts, anonymisation and permission before publishing a general answer.
Aggregate counters distinguish public document requests, self-declared test or real inquiries and bookings. These counters do not contain email addresses, full referrers, IP addresses or conversation text. IP addresses are used transiently for abuse rate limiting.
Reviewing your inquiry
Tak reviews the private API inbox each business day and replies using SUIKI email. We use your contact details and project summary to discuss next steps.
